Projects and media
I began working with groups in 2022, leading cooking classes for autistic youth in Torino, Italy. This was the first time I consciously brought together my background in cooking with my passion for creating authentic and empowering group spaces—places where people could connect, explore themselves, and build positive relationships.
Since then, my work has evolved significantly. From 2023, I have been involved as a trainer in Erasmus+ projects, facilitating youth programs in Italy and Spain focused on the relationship between art, mental health, and authentic human connection.
In 2025, I co-created “Kuulatud ja Mõistetud” in collaboration with the Tallinn Education Department, bringing workshops into schools and youth centers to explore topics such as emotions, dreams, and relationships with young people.
Alongside this, I developed Roots and Wings, a mental health support space for expats living in Estonia, created in cooperation with the Tallinn Health and Social Care Department, where we reflect on belonging, connection, and the balance between who we were in our home countries (our roots) and who we are becoming (our wings).
I also created Intercultural Dinners, in cooperation with the Tallinn Culture and Sport Department, where Estonians and internationals come together, using food as a tool for learning, sharing, and meaningful exchange.
In addition, I have facilitated many group sessions on relationships, wellbeing, and healthy group dynamics for private companies and NGOs.
What draws me to group work is its unique ability to bring our relational patterns to the surface. Within a group, we have the opportunity to become aware of how we connect with others—and to consciously transform and improve the quality of our relationships. I also value bringing a more dynamic, engaging, and collaborative dimension to therapeutic work.
In my sessions, I combine practical tools with artistic expression, imagination, and storytelling to create experiences that are both meaningful and transformative.
Each session is unique.
𖤓 We begin from where you are, in that moment. There is no fixed script.
We listen together to what is alive — through words, silence, sensations, images, memories, or emotions — and we follow what feels meaningful and true for you.
Sessions last 60 minutes and can take place online or in person. The work unfolds at your rhythm, with respect for your boundaries and your pace. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance — just bring yourself, as you are.
This is a space of companionship and depth, where exploration happens together, and where small shifts can open into lasting change.
