My Story

From the age of eight, I lived with severe psoriasis.

For many years, it was diagnosed as incurable — something to manage, endure, or hide.

I tried many medical and external solutions, yet what changed everything was turning inward. When I began to listen seriously to my emotional life — to what had been unexpressed, unheard, or held inside — my relationship with my life and my body transformed. Over time, the symptoms softened and eventually disappeared. That journey taught me something I carry into every session: that our bodies, emotions, and stories are not separate, and that healing often begins where attention and honesty meet.

This experience shaped my life forever, and the way I work today.

I believe that every symptom, difficulty, or recurring problem can be understood as a call for attention — a message from parts of ourselves that have been silenced, arepressed, or left behind. When these parts are listened to with care, met with compassion, and gradually integrated, the symptom is no longer needed in the same way.

This does not mean forcing change or searching for quick answers. It means learning to listen differently — with curiosity and love instead of fear — and allowing what has been excluded to find a place within us.

I believe that every person carries within them the resources needed to live a fulfilled, meaningful, and satisfying life.

Not because life is easy, but because something in us knows how to adapt, create, and grow when given space and light.

When I sit with someone, what matters most to me is presence. Real listening.Respect for timing. I don’t impose direction; I support discovery. I trust that, together, we can create the conditions for what is already inside you to emerge.

My role is not to give answers, but to walk beside you as you uncover your own.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

My approach

In our work together, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives, shadow work,  Gestalt techniques, parts work, constellation and systemic work and creative methods such as art, guided imagery and hypnotherapy.

Rather than applying one fixed method, I adapt my approach to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. We will choose together what feels most supportive and appropriate for you in each moment.

At the heart of my work, however, is not a specific technique — but the relationship we build together. A space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly understood.
