Welcome to your therapeutic space forbelonging, emotional depth & meaningful change.

Mattia Dossetto

Hi. My name is Mattia!

I am a lover of life.

A human being living between imagination & everyday reality, between what is dreamed and what is lived.

I have lost myself at times — and each time, I found deeper meaning, deeper reasons to be who I am.

Those moments taught me how to listen, how to stay curious, and how to meet life with openness and curiosity.

My work as a therapist grows from this place

A passion for understanding and feeling the human experience, for honouring its complexity,

And for creating spaces where life — in all its questions and contradictions — is welcomed and cherished.

“I believe that meaning is not something we invent, but something we slowly uncover when we are present and honest with ourselves.”

“There are moments in life —when the old ways no longer fit. “

Not because something is wrong — but because something deeper and bigger is asking for space.

You might feel lost, at a crossroad, restless or unsatisfied.

You might sense that life is calling you toward more depth, more meaning, more truth — even if you can’t yet name what that means.

Perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself, from your body, from your creativity, or from the simple feeling of being alive.

Perhaps relationships feel blocked, emotions feel tangled, or your body is carrying tensions that words haven’t reached.

I see these moments as invitations.

Every challenge, every obstacle, holds the possibility of coming closer to who you truly are — and to the meaning that wants to take shape through your life.

“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.”

- Carl Gustav Jung

This space is for anybody who feels blocked or disconnected from their source.

For people navigating affective or relational difficulties. For those whose bodies speak through symptoms, fatigue, or unexplained discomfort or somatic issues. For anyone who feels the quiet pull to dream bigger, to expand, to live more fully.

“I believe that all of us are artists. And that life itself is the most exquisite form of art.”

“Here, we learn the art of relationship — with ourselves, with our inner world, and with the life that is asking to be lived through us.”
