Philosophy of my Work

‏What I offer is a safe and brave space.

A space of presence. One where honesty is possible, where nothing needs to be performed, And where trust grows through real and vulnerable human contact.

My sessions are relational, intuitive, and deeply personal. Everything happens in the here and now of the relationship — because it is here that patterns appear, emotions move, and new ways of being can be felt and experienced.

My approach is holistic, honoring the mind, the body, the emotions, and the deeper layers of meaning as parts of one unseperable living whole. I draw from hypnotherapy, inner child work, dream and imagery exploration, shadow work, parts therapy and future-oriented practices — not as techniques to be applied, but as languages we can use when they feel alive and meaningful for our journey. Metaphors, images, sensations, and symbols often guide the process, alongside words.

At the heart of my work — is the art of relationships.

‏Learning to meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. Learning to stay present with what arises. Learning to trust your inner experience.

‏Intuition, connection, honesty, and safety are the pillars of this work. I will be there with you — attentive, grounded, and engaged. And I will gently but firmly invite you to be there for yourself, too.

We explore your inner world together, not as expert and patient, but as companions on an adventure toward deeper awareness, meaning, and aliveness.

Each session is unique.

We begin from where you are, in that moment. There is no fixed script.

We listen together to what is alive — through words, silence, sensations, images, memories, or emotions — and we follow what feels meaningful and true for you.

Sessions last 60 minutes and can take place online or in person. The work unfolds at your rhythm, with respect for your boundaries and your pace. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance — just bring yourself, as you are.

This is a space of companionship and depth, where exploration happens together, and where small shifts can open into lasting change.

  • Transpersonal psychology is an approach that looks beyond just the mind and behavior, and includes deeper aspects of human experience such as meaning, purpose, and connection. It explores how we relate to ourselves, others, and something greater than us—whether that’s life, nature, or a sense of inner wisdom.

    It is often acknowledged as a bridge between ancient spiritual practices and modern scientific psychology. The main theorists are Carl Jung, Victor Frankl, James Hillmann, Stanislav Grof and Abraham Maslow.

    It often works with tools like imagination, reflection, dreams exploration and increased awareness to support personal growth, healing, and a deeper understanding of who we are.

  • Hypnotherapy is a guided process that helps you access deeper layers of your mind, where many of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns shaping your life are stored outside of conscious awareness. Through relaxation and focused attention, we create the conditions to safely explore and process this deeper material.

    It is especially helpful when you experience symptoms—emotional, mental, or even physical—but the root causes are unclear. By accessing the subconscious, we can work with feelings, memories, and internal dynamics that may have been suppressed or hidden for a long time, allowing them to be understood, processed, and released.

    This process supports meaningful, lasting change by addressing the underlying causes rather than only the surface-level effects.

    Throughout the session, you remain aware and in control. We only go as deep as feels right for you, building the work on safety, trust, and your own inner readiness.

  • I support you in working through a wide range of personal challenges, including relationship difficulties, stuck or overwhelming emotions, childhood patterns, anxiety and depression, psychosomatic issues, and moments of loss or grief. I also help you enhance creativity and focus, navigate questions of belonging and identity, and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning in your life.

    All of these areas are deeply interconnected. When we bring awareness and healing to one part of your inner world, it naturally creates positive shifts in others. By working together on what feels most present for you, we support a broader, more integrated transformation in your life.

  • My approach is integrative and multidisciplinary, combining elements of hypnotherapy, Gestalt, dream work and somatic practices. I work a lot with imagination, as I believe many of our fears—and also our inner resources—live in the subconscious. By accessing this space, we can gently face what holds us back and reconnect with our potential.

    Everything I offer is something I have personally explored and experienced with real benefit—I don’t suggest tools or approaches I haven’t first applied in my own life.

    My international experience and cross-cultural perspective also shape the way I approach challenges, allowing me to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a sensitive and open way.

  •  We start by getting to know each other and creating a space of trust and safety. From there, we explore together what you need most and co-create the path forward. In this process, we meet on the same level, working collaboratively to find what supports you best.

    Sessions with me are deep, honest, and emotionally engaging, inviting courage and self-exploration. At the same time, there is always space for lightness, laughter, and ease—I believe therapy is not something heavy we endure, but a meaningful and liberating experience we offer to ourselves.

  • I offer a discovery call (online) that lasts 30 minutes where we can know each other, understand your needs, and decide together the direction of the work.

    Following sessions last 60 minutes and cost €60 each. I recommend committing to a package of multiple sessions, as continuity supports deeper results—and package options come with a reduced price.
